Description
Location: upstairs near Bank of Hawaii/McDonalds and downstairs near Dave's Ice Cream.
$135 per date. Please pay for the dates that you would like to reserve! Returning vendors please sign up before 12/31/2025 to secure your same space(s).
Vendor unload (do not set up until you move your vehicle) and park in the First Hawaiian Bank parking lot or under McDonalds. Please follow our parking rules and DO NOT parking anywhere else except for our designated vendor parking. If you are found parking anywhere else, you will forfeit future participation with 808CNGF. It is your responsibility to let your workers/helpers/family staying for more than 2 hours where they need to park.
10x10 uncovered spaces (you must bring your own tent , tables, and weights)
Covered spaces will only accommodate a single 6' table (table not provided). Please DO NOT bring any additional small tables or displays. Additional half spaces $70.
Vendors are placed in spaces according to when payment is received. If you want a specific area, it's highly recommended that you secure your space early.

$141.36 per month/ 6 month discounted $125.65 PER MONTH and all 6 checks must be dated the 1st of the month and mailed together.
No parking in the customer lot. ALL vendors must park in our designated parking, no exceptions.
Vendors are responsible for their GET tax licenses.
Vendors will assume full liability and responsibility regarding warranty and guarantee
of products being sold.
808 Craft and Gift Fairs is NOT responsible for any vendor’s losses, resulting from damage, theft or shoplifting.
SET-UP: Set up begins at 8:30 am
Vendors MUST provide their chairs, tablecloths and any other equipment used
by vendor. Vendor MUST stay within their purchased space only.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area before leaving the facility, including
throwing out trash, etc. Failing to do so could result in non-participation in future fairs.
Cancellation policy: No refunds or exchanges, all sales final. Vendors may purchase, at their own expense, insurance to cover booth fees if an emergency arises. Fair goes on rain or shine and will not be cancelled.
All returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 fee and possible disqualification from attending future fairs.
